October 27th, 2005 ~ Adventures with dog
Someone needs to take this dog hunting. It would be the only kind thing to do. It’s all Clementine really wants to do at this time of year (except sleep, which is a year-round kind of love). It’s obvious that her nose is telling her of wonders all around us, and there I sit like a torpid ninny not being able to smell it all.
And I would take her hunting, except that (a) only one of us would be having a good time, (b) I believe there are rules and stuff and (c) I think you need a gun or a pointed stick or something. But other than that, I’m rarin’ to go.

Now, you know I’m not one to complain, but if you’re going to put up a picture of me can you please make it an in-focus one? And I hate that my nose looks so big.
